What is a good idea for a fundraiser?
I am in Chemistry Club at SVSU, and we are having problems coming up with a good / Unique Fundraiser.
The following ideas are already out beause they happen to much.
Guitar Hero Tourny
Texas Hold em’ tourny
ping pong tourny
and sort of bake sale
We are trying to raise money to do more community service, but our endevors seem to be fruit less.
Ask your local club or community centre if they will allow you to use their function room for a night. Speak to sporting teams (football, hocey etc) and ask whether they would be interested in siging and donating some memorabilia, or any shops willing to donate anything that would bring in some $’s. Put out some adds saying you are holding a fundraising night. $10 a ticket. Then auction the memorabila off. If your lucky and have it at club. they might put dinner on for the patrons cheap. You could then top up the price $5-10.
